Through my engineering work I have gained alot of knowledge of what it is going to take to build a home in in diffenrent areas and will be able to walk you through the process of building a new home or analyzing a new home that is already built.  I also work with investor's, first time homebuyers, and have many different programs to get people into the house that they want.
